The room was nice, but there were no towels at the pool again.

The breakfast was one of the better ones I've had! Clean bedding made for a comfy stay, and I appreciated the fridge and microwave in my Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. Plus, I loved a refreshing dip in the hot tub after a long day exploring local eateries.

The bed felt a bit worn, but I still managed a decent night's sleep. The hot tub and pool were great, though I couldn’t find the button to start the slide, and the water fountains didn’t work. A bit of a letdown!

the pool was so tiny, I felt like I was swimming in a bathtub, but the water slide? what a joke! when I asked for some service, I was simply ignored. isn't a smooth check-in the bare minimum? I almost wrote a glowing review, but no one really seemed to care about making my stay special.

The staff were truly accommodating, especially when

we arrived late and requested fruit for our hungry children. The front desk staff responded quickly and cheerfully. However, I noticed that our room, while generally clean, had a few overlooked areas. Overall, I appreciated the friendly service.

Clean room, comfortable bed, the kitchenette in the King Studio Suite was convenient for snacks and drinks, while the indoor pool and waterslide offered great entertainment for the kids.

We really enjoyed the comfortable beds and spacious rooms during our stay. The kids loved the indoor pool, and the breakfast selection was abundant and delicious! The staff was incredibly helpful when we needed extra fruit for the kids, going above and beyond.

My kids wished for more benches outside.

The room was spacious and equipped with a fridge and microwave, which made our stay comfortable. Breakfast offered a great selection and the homemade Alentejo bread was a pleasant surprise. However, there was noticeable dust on some furniture and areas in the bathroom needed better cleaning. Although staff was friendly, there were instances where we felt housekeeping could be more thorough to elevate the overall experience.

We loved the spacious, clean room and the indoor pool made for some great family fun! After a long day, the Jacuzzi was a perfect way to unwind. The only downside was that we didn't have enough towels in our room, but overall, we had a fantastic stay! 🏊‍♂️
